Types of data

When offering our programs, we may process (personal) data of users of our (mobile) websites and apps. It differs per program whether, and if so, which (personal) data we can process.

We can collect personal data in these ways:

  • Creating an account on a (mobile) website or in an app. This involves the processing of the personal data that you provide to us when creating the account, such as your e-mail address or (user) name. It may also be the name of the branch of the company or institution to which you are affiliated.

  • Data on the progress of the programs in which you participate.

  • Personal data that you enter yourself via the app, such as when creating a profile.

  • Purchase of a program for which you have paid. This involves processing the personal data that you have provided to us yourself; such as name, address and financial information such as your bank account number (for the purpose of payment).

  • Measurements that provide concrete insight into your behavior or work performance and that help you to make the best possible use of the content of the learning programs.

This data therefore ranges from personal data, such as name, e-mail address (data by which you can be directly identified), to information that, although related to you, cannot be used to identify you directly or indirectly.

Purposes of processing

We collect and process personal data for the following purposes:

  • for the conclusion and implementation of an agreement concluded with you;

  • to offer you the agreed services, products and / or information and to adapt them to your needs and wishes;

  • to give you the opportunity to post and exchange information on one of the websites, or if the website offers that possibility to contact other users;

  • if it concerns a paid service / product, to invoice. We never publish financial data on a website, nor are we made available to third parties for purposes other than the performance of the agreement;

  • to send you user information, service message, program order or other electronic message;

  • to analyze, maintain, optimize and secure our (mobile) websites, apps and associated technologies and to combat fraud;

  • to comply with the laws and regulations resting on us and to handle disputes and to have audits carried out.


For our various programs, websites and apps, we use one uniform login option as standard. This way you can log in to all our digital services with one login and password and thus no longer have to come up with and remember a new login name and password for each service. Incidentally, it is not mandatory to use the same account everywhere, you can also create a separate account for each service if you prefer it for whatever reason.


Cookies allow you to be recognized on our websites when you visit them again.

If you have disabled cookies via your browser settings, there is a chance that certain functions will not work or that you will not be able to use certain services. You will also have to log in every time you visit our websites.

You can decide at any time whether you want to accept or refuse cookies. On your first visit to our website (s) you will be informed about the use of cookies, where you will be given the option to accept or decline them. You can change that choice at any time later.

Delete personal data

If you would like to close your account and have your personal data deleted, you can send a request via email. Your personal data will be deleted within two weeks at the latest.
